macro error code

This appears to be a comment line, to show us humans what the code below is intended to do. Unfortunately, unless you put a single quote mark before the text, Excel thinks you are trying to give it an instruction and it isn't valid code syntax.

Just put a single quote at the front of the line, and it should turn a lighter green in the macro editor window, then give your code another try.
